Initially founded as a joint venture between First Choice and Royal Caribbean, Island Cruises set out to bring a fresh approach to cruising and attract new and diverse customers to the exciting world of cruise line holidays.
Island's growing fleet now sails in the Mediterranean during the summer and to date has spent the winter in the tropical waters of Brazil. However from December 2008 they are expanding the offering with Caribbean cruise itineraries being introduced on the Island Star in the winter to give their customers more choice & provide even more exciting & diverse year-round cruise holidays.
